Sanne Zheng

Young Lev Vlassenko Piano Competition - First Round Finalist

Born in 2010, Sanne Zheng began her musical journey at the age of 3 and a half.

​

At the age of 9, she won first place in the 2019 Brisbane International Youth Music Festival as well as other prizes in the Brisbane and Redlands Eisteddfods. Additionally, she acheived the Certificate of Performance Exam (C.MUS) at the age of 11 (2021).

Last year, she won first place in the Queensland Piano Competition - ages 13 years and under - plus several prizes in the Beenleigh Eisteddfod.

Currently, Sanne is a Year 9 Student studying at John Paul College and is learning piano with Oleg Stepanov.
